The former of Wuhuan Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as WUHUAN) is the Fourth Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of China, founded in 1958. Currently, WUHUAN is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation (CNCEC) under the direct management of SASAC (State- owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council) and a key scientific and technological enterprise of the chemical industry.

WUHUAN is an international engineering company to provide EPC contracting and PMC service of construction projects with an integrated Class A certificate of engineering design and Class A certificates in such fields as engineering consultation, project supervision, project cost estimate consultation, project environmental impact assessment, etc. and enjoys the right of engineering consultation, engineering design and EPC contracting for projects overseas. Over 50 years, WUHUAN has made outstanding contributions to the development and prosperity of China's chemical industry and has obtained great achievements in the field of engineering science and technology. So far WUHUAN has completed more than 1,800 engineering design projects and over 100 EPC projects both at home and abroad, and the business scope covers 31 provinces and municipalities in China and more than 20 countries and regions all over the world.

In Russia, WUHUAN established representative in Moscow and now have more than 700million USD projects under execution.
